The most beautiful pearl of the Balearic Islands, Malllorca, has bewitched us. After a long search for a suitable place, we discovered the picturesque coastline of Mallorca in the town of Cala d’Or. Its amazing rocky cliffs and sandy beaches literally captivated us. At first glance, the turquoise blue colour of the sea and the typical white houses were the obvious choice to build our dream Villa Carpe diem Carpe diem is the Latin saying for “Enjoy the day” and therefore is a harmonious adjective for our Villa.
A beautiful and unforgettable feeling brings the peace and tranquility of spending time in this place that you will never forget. The La Perla complex is a welcoming place for all. The pearl has always been a gift of the sea for Mallorca, a symbol of beauty and delicacy, every woman should have her own pearl because it is equally unique.

Our vision and dream is to create a house that combines the atmosphere of Mallorcan style, comfort and pearls. The island of Mallorca is impressive in its vibrant rock formations, calm and choppy waters, endless sunsets and inviting local fishermen’s restaurants and bars.
Our Villa is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday with children. But also for groups of people who want to experience summer and winter holidays in beautiful relaxation, but also active rest. You will experience both a pleasant rest with your family and a pleasant relaxation in private. The swimming pool combining the history of Mallorca in the shape of a Pearl, is an exceptional part of our Villa.

Next year, the villa will undergo another renovation, which will further combine traditional Mallorcan style with modern comfort. We will preserve its unique atmosphere, add new elements for even greater comfort and create a space where everyone can enjoy well-deserved relaxation and active recreation.
