This modern detached villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, renovated in 2025, is located in a complex of nine properties in theCala Egos area of Cala d’Or.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms ideal for a family – one with a double bed and the other with two beds. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a view of the palm trees, another bedroom with a double bed and a room with a double sofa bed.
From the upper floor there is access to a spacious terrace, while on the roof there is another terrace with sunset views.
Each floor has a private bathroom with bath, toilet and is equipped with a quality hairdryer and cosmetics with a distinctive Mallorcan scent. For your comfort there are towels, bathrobes from Darré’s own Carpe diem edition. Beach towels are also fully at your disposal.
The living area with dining table offers comfortable seating on sofas with a pleasant view of the terrace and the illuminated heart-shaped children’s pool.
Each floor has a private bathroom with bath, toilet and is equipped with a quality hairdryer and cosmetics with a distinctive Mallorcan scent. For your comfort there are towels, bathrobes from Darré’s own Carpe diem edition. Beach towels are also fully at your disposal.
There is a large American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room has a sofa table for up to ten guests.
The living area with dining table offers comfortable seating on sofas with a pleasant view of the terrace and the illuminated heart-shaped children’s pool.
The spacious, cosy garden is suitable for relaxing on comfortable sun loungers as well as for active relaxation.
The house has fibre broadband with Wi-Fi both inside the house and in the common area.
The villa is very child-friendly and includes cots, bed protectors, high chairs, children’s plates/cutlery/mugs, toys, bathroom stairs and a safety “pool detector” – all free of charge.
Outside, the villa has its own beautiful garden overlooking the two swimming pools (main pool with cascading waterfall) with sun loungers and barbecue. There is an additional dining table on the outdoor terrace where you can make the most of dining during the Mallorcan sunshine.
House equipment
The villa is perfectly adapted to the needs of families with children of all ages. For the little ones we have prepared a comfortable crib with quality bedding so that your baby can enjoy a peaceful sleep even on vacation. There’s a handy potty for children who are learning to be independent, and a safe stool so they can reach the sink or join in with communal dining. For comfortable and safe eating, we offer children’s cutlery, plates, cups, which are made of durable materials suitable for children.
So that your children don’t get bored and you can enjoy a quiet moment of relaxation, we have prepared a variety of toys suitable for different age groups. In the garden there is a fun play castle, a slide where children can frolic in the fresh air and enjoy the sunshine in the safe environment of the villa.
Peace and privacy
The main feature of this property compared to the others in the complex is that it has more privacy than the others in the terrace area and a direct view of the children’s pool.
The spacious, cosy garden is suitable for relaxing on the new comfortable sun loungers as well as for active relaxation.
Villa is also suitable for rest and relaxation of groups. Luxury yoga mats are available for morning or evening exercise and meditation.
Booking process and accommodation
Your dream holiday at Ville Carpe diem starts with a convenient booking via the online form on our website. After paying for your stay, we will send you all the necessary information. On the day of arrival, you can enter your temporary Mediterranean home from 2:00 p.m., which will be yours only until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For your maximum comfort, the villa is non-smoking and we ask that you respect the night’s silence so that everyone can enjoy a well-deserved rest under the Mallorcan sky.
